ㅤGetting to know us!ㅤ ㅤ
was founded in 2021 under the name MXNGYUCART, originally as a service focused on buying and selling SEVENTEEN merchandise. As the service expanded beyond the fandom and began handling orders worldwide, it was rebranded as SVTLOGIS — short for "SEVENTEEN Logistics." Since then, we have continued to provide reliable proxy and forwarding services to customers worldwide ♡

FOR WAREHOUSE / ADDRESS RENTALㅤ
♡ One arrival photo will be provided for each package received by the warehouse.
♡ Requests for additional arrival photos or unboxing videos will incur extra charges.
♡ Items can be stored for up to 2 months. After that, a storage fee of IDR 100,000/month may apply, or the items may be considered abandoned and become warehouse property.
♡ Do not use our warehouse address or identity without permission. Misuse may result in a IDR 2,000,000 penalty and confiscation of related items.
♡ COD packages are not accepted. A handling fee of IDR 50,000 will be charged for any COD package received.
♡ Please use the recipient name or marking code provided by the warehouse for manual shipments to ensure accurate package identification and sorting.
♡ We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or missing items before the package reaches the warehouse.
♡ We are not responsible for delays, damage, loss, customs issues, or other problems that occur during international shipping.
♡ We are not responsible for hidden defects, seller packing errors, or issues that cannot be identified from the package's exterior.
♡ ㅤProhibited items: liquids, batteries, drugs or controlled substances, animals, plants, and any dangerous, illegal, or restricted items.ㅤㅤ

ㅤㅤFOR SHOPEE EXPORTㅤㅤ
♡ The minimum product price must be set at Rp. 5,000
♡ If items are lost, damaged, or held by Shopee due to the seller's negligence, we as the service provider are not responsible
♡ The listed product weight must match the actual weight. If using a box, it must be adjusted according to the box’s dimensional weight
♡ Product price and weight significantly affect the price displayed on Shopee Export
♡ The price displayed on Shopee Export already includes tax and the exchange rate set by Shopee, and therefore is beyond our control to adjust the product price shown on the destination country’s Shopee Export
♡ The product photo uploaded must match the actual product being shipped. We recommend taking full photos of the product before shipping
♡ The shipping couriers used are SPX only
♡ Service fees can be paid in advance or deducted after the seller’s balance is received
♡ Sellers are expected to ship orders on time. Delayed shipments may result in a penalty fee of IDR 50,000 and may lead to blacklisting from future transactions.ㅤㅤFOR PERSONAL ORDERㅤㅤ

#ㅤPROXY WAREHOUSEㅤ
Indonesia Proxy Warehouse is a forwarding service that helps ship items from Indonesia to overseas. Established in September 2021, we have successfully forwarded thousands of packages worldwide.To use our service, please follow these steps:
1. Send us your order details, including the item(s) purchased and the total amount paid in IDR. If you have not placed an order yet or need help communicating with the seller, we can assist with the purchase on your behalf.
2. We will calculate and provide the total cost, including warehouse fees and domestic shipping fees (if applicable).
3. Complete the payment via PayPal, Wise, or Indonesian bank transfer.
4. Once your order arrives at our warehouse, we will take an arrival photo and send it to you for confirmation.
5. Your items will be stored, consolidated (if needed), and repacked for international shipping.
6. We will weigh the package and provide the final international shipping cost based on the actual weight and destination country.
7. After shipment, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your package until delivery.
8. If you have already purchased the item yourself and only need a warehouse address, we will provide our warehouse details along with your personal marking code.#ㅤFEEsㅤ
WAREHOUSE FEE
(wh fee includes address rental, bank transfer, checkout, photo arrival)
Per tracking number (up to 3kg):
• IDR 35,000 / tracking number (Asian joiners)
• IDR 45,000 / tracking number (Non-Asian joiners)
If the package weighs more than 3kg, an additional fee of IDR 10,000 per kg will apply.Monthly Warehouse Plan
For customers with frequent orders, we also offer a monthly warehouse plan:
• IDR 500,000/month (Asian joiners)
• IDR 650,000/month (Non-Asian joiners)

Domestic shipping from the seller to our warehouse is fully borne by the buyer or seller.INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE
International shipping fees must be paid before the package is shipped to the destination country.

svtlogis provides Shopee Export services to the following countries:

ㅤ> TaiwanㅤTo use our service, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out the order form provided by us.
2. We will review the details and create the Shopee Export listing for your item.
3. Once the listing is ready, we will send you the product link for review.
4. After everything is confirmed, the item can be shipped and processed through Shopee Export.
5. Items can be shipped directly from the seller's address, so there is no need to send them to our address first.
6. All Shopee Export shipments must be sent using Shopee Express (SPX) only.#ㅤFEEsㅤ
• Service fee: IDR 10,000 per checkout / tracking number.
• If the item is shipped from our address, local shipping costs are fully borne by the seller.
• The service fee does not include shopee's admin fee (25%).
• If you are unsure what amount to enter for the product price, you may input the same amount as the service fee.
• The final price displayed on Shopee Export may vary depending on the product price, weight, taxes, exchange rate, and shopee's system.

2. We will assist with the payment and transaction on your behalf.
3. The total price we provide already includes the warehouse fee in the origin country and local shipping fee (if applicable).
4. Once the item arrives at the overseas warehouse, we will provide one arrival photo for confirmation. Please note that additional photos, videos, or item checks are not available.
5. Wait for the item to arrive in Indonesia. Once it does, we will provide the shipping and tax details for your final payment.
6. After the shipping and tax fees have been paid, the item will be shipped to your address or destination country.#ㅤFEEsㅤ
